Fitter arrived on time and was very careful to follow COVID precautions throughout. He was very friendly and polite and explained what he would be doing. He took care not to cause too much disruption, keeping us informed at all stages. He cleared up and cleaned everything beautifully. In fact it was probably tidier when he left than when he came.
